Where do you ship to?

Now we only ship within South Africa.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you would like to return your purchase due to an error on your order, please email enquiries@zuru.africa with your order number and query regarding the order.

Do you offer testers or trial products?

We do not offer testers. If you would like to test our range, please purchase the products you are interested in trying out!

Are your products locally made?

Yes. Our entire range is proudly South African from start to finish. We also proudly bear the Proudly SA logo and certification.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery?)

No. We do not offer cash on delivery as an option. Payment on our online store needs to be made either via our safe Payfast option or via EFT 48 hours after the order has been placed.

I made a mistake on my order! How do I cancel?

If you have made an error on your order and would like to cancel your order please email enquiries@zuru.africa no later than 24 hours after your order has been placed to avoid your order going out for delivery before we can cancel it on our end.
